Need Help In Invoking ComponentTool Utility With Other Service Account User (Doc ID 2628734.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Assistance requested in invoking ComponentTool utility with other service account user created at application. Desire to automate new custom component installation process. The wcc user is app level user but we do not have access to it due to security reasons. Is there any way, we can configure componentTool cmd with our new service account.

Attempt to invoke the ComponentTool located at our installation dir -
/app/oracle/local/config/user_projects/domains/WCCUAT_Contracts/ucm/cs/bin/ComponentTool


ERROR

This script must be run as user wcc.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In application created a new user
2. Attempt to invoke ComponntTool using the new user
3. Error is generated:

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to security WCC user is not available for action. Unable to invoke ComponentTool with new user account. Unable to invoke ComponentTool.
