OUD 11g / 12c - High CPU Observed and Clients Unable to Authenticate or Loss of Service (Doc ID 2629431.1)

Customer reports that several times a week (morning, afternoon or evening) they have noticed the system 'freezes' and clients applications can no longer make requests.    High CPU can be reported with this issue as well.

It was found that if the system was rebooted that it helps for a period of time, however the issue returns.


Patching has been performed in one or more of the reported Customer issues.   OS patching in one issue, another was patching to OUD version   It's unclear if the patching actually contributed to the issue or not.
