Exalogic Virtual: Failed to delete vServer from EMOC console (Doc ID 2629495.1)

Symptoms

1. On exalogic virtual April 2019 PSU, starting/stopping/creating vServer have no issue, it is failed only to delete the vServer from EMOC with the following error in EMOC job log:
