WebCenter Content (WCC) Quick Search is Case Sensitive when Configured for Database.Metadata with Oracle Database (Doc ID 2632015.1)

Goal

With the Quick Search field, you can perform a search regardless of the page in the content area. The Quick Search field performs a substring search of the title and content ID metadata, and the indexed full-text if it is supported on your system.  When the WCC is configured as DATABASE.METADATA only a metadata search is performed.
