Oracle HTTP Server Logs Reflects an Unexpected 'host_addr' on a Multihomed Computer

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) 188.8.131.52 on a Multihomed Windows Computer(multiple network interfaces) reflects an IP address in the host_addr column of the log that is not used by OHS. Since OHS is not configured to use the IP in question it was unexpected when found in the logs.
