IBM MaaS360 Browser Receives 403 Forbidden Error When Navigating To APEX (Doc ID 2632034.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use IBM MaaS360 browser on an iPhone to access an APEX application,
the following error occurs.

403 Forbidden Error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open MaaS360 browser on iPhone.
2. Navigate to APEX application.
3. Receive "403 Forbidden Error".
4. Refresh page.
5. URL renders correctly.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must refresh the page every time they visit the APEX application.
