ECE Timeouts At Production Environment Are Controlled Using Coherence Cluster Quorum Policy (Doc ID 2632340.1)

ECE environments reported a problem in the production environment that is in the topology with five servers ECE01-ECE05, Servers ECE01 & ECE02 goes down for a reason and the ECE03, ECE04 & ECE05 shows that the processes are working fine, but reviewing the logs of the components throws many messages related to timeouts. The ECE services and components are failing due to communication issues between the coherence processes in the cluster. The customer has tried to access query.sh console to verify the health of ECE engines. The customer has not successful related to timeout messages before. Eventually ECE failed to offer service in the production.
