Unable to Login to Imaging, Content Server, and Account Distribution Web Pages (Doc ID 2633088.1)

Symptoms

When trying to login to the WebCenter Content: Imaging, WebCenter Content Server and Account Distribution web pages, errors like "Invalid Credentials Specified" occur.

The log files show errors like:

Caused by: oracle.security.idm.OperationFailureException: oracle.ods.virtualization.service.VirtualizationException: oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.util.DirectoryException: LDAP Error 2 : simple bind failed: xxx.xxx.xxx.
