Unable to Retain the Encoded Characters in the URL When Accessed Through OHS (Doc ID 2635095.1)

Some of the URL's containing encoded slashes are not retained when accessed through Oracle HTTP Server.

The URL containing %2f is eventually converting into a /.

When checking the HTTP Header, a 400 Response Code is seen for URL's containing the %2f character.
