Symptoms

1. On running any form on the client, get eg -
FRM-92060: Failed to connect to the server
Bad Machine Specification: /forms90/l90servlet-1

2. Jinitiator Console shows entries like -
java.io.IOException: Could not connect to http://abc.com/forms60java/f60all_jinit.jar at oracle.jre.protocol.jar.JarCache$CachedJarLoader.download(Unknown Source)

3. Able to connect by giving this URL http://abc.com/forms60java/f60all_jinit.jar directly in the browser.
