404 Error When Trying To Access A Virtual Path In OAG

Symptoms
When trying to register a REST webservice residing in SOA and accessed through SSL in OAG 11.1.2.4 with two different virtual paths, one of the paths gives 404 error. The same thing works fine when using SOAP services.
SOAP(Working):
WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
Even though in SOAP service, the SOA URL does not have the same name as the API URL, it works.
But for the REST service, it is not the case.
For REST service, it seems that it won't accept the virtual path to have a different name in the virtual path from that of the SOA URL
