Symptoms
When attempting to authenticate the Restful Service with the Basic Authentication, the following error occurs.
Error Msg = ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
The issue appearing with the database versions 18c and 19c and the same is working fine over the version 12.2.
