Symptoms
When trying to instantiate Docker container using 'docker run' command, the container gets created. However, it goes onto the EXITED state.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Docker image from Docker Hub
https://hub.docker.com/_/oracle-weblogic-server-12c
2. Pull the image from Docker Hub
