Symptoms
When editing task detail screen on external window and save it.
Worklist screen is not refreshed, it needs to refresh to view latest information. (e.g. updated date etc.)
This issue happend from 12.2.1.3 , before 12.2.1.2 , worklist refreshed.

Upgrade from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3
