Goal
Our employees use "Microsoft Print to PDF" or one of our company's PDF creating software to print email expense receipts. These PDF expense receipts are then sent through Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Catpure and imported / converted to TIF Format. There have been times the document is converted to TIFF format with image fidelity issues (text scrambled after conversion). What is Oracle's recommendation for which software to use to create PDF so they are converted into legible TIFF files.
