Symptoms

Email notification does not display Request details/ Worklist details and the following errors are displayed in the Service Object Architecture (SOA) server out log:

 

Changes

 Load Balancer added between client browsers and OIM System with following flow:

Browser --> https --> LBR --> http --> OHS/mod_wl_ohs --> http --> WebLogic Server (OIM/SOA)
