Getting 400 Error When Accessing Application through OTD (Doc ID 2641233.1)

Symptoms

OTD is configured as a TCP proxy to proxy requests from clients to backend JD Edwards application. Intermittently users are getting "400 Bad Request" when accessing the backend application.
