When Java SE 8 is installed, a checkbox to enable Java Access Bridge exists in Windows at

Control Panel --> Ease of Access Center --> Make the computer easier to use --> "Other programs installed" --> Enable "Java Access Bridge"

After uninstalling Java SE 8 and installing JDK 11 or later, the Control Panel option to Enable Java Access Bridge no longer exists.
