Records Archive Export 'Export Date' Feature Not Working As Designed (Doc ID 2642255.1)

Symptoms

When performing a Records Archive Export, and limiting by Export date, the generated file is not limited by the date entered in the Export Date field which results in all data being exported.

The instructions to enable and navigate to the Export Date field

Set the Export Field to be visible

  a. Select Records drop down > Configure Settings

  b. Go to "User Interface" section

  c. Check mark the "Show Export Date" option

Perform the export

  a. Go to Records > Import/Export > Archive

  b. Select a recent date in the "Export Date" Calendar.
