Custom Scheduled Task To Create ITResources Running As OIMINTERNAL Throws "access denied" Error (Doc ID 2643055.1)

Symptoms

A custom scheduled job in OIG 12.2.1.3/4 which creates IT Resource's using the OIM API will fail with the following error:
