After completing the OIG 12c upgrade process, upon first start of the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Managed Server, the following error is seen:

This is occurring during the bootstrap process and the both the startup and bootstrap process abort upon this error.


Upgrade of existing (and operational) environment.
