Unable To edit a Portal after import, the edit Link is missing under Administration -> Portals.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Export the Portal.
Import the Portal to a target environment.
After import go to Administration -> Portals.
There you will see the portal is missing the Edit link.
Also the portal shows 0 members.
