Imported Capture Workspace Does Not Show the Document Profile In The Client Profile (Doc ID 2645218.1)

Symptoms

After importing a Capture workspace, the document profile is not associated with the client profile.  The document profile is in the classification tab of the workspace, however when opening the client profile, it is not available in the Document Index Setting page.   

The client profile in the Document Indexing Settings does not list any document profiles at all.  The only options are "All" and "Default".
