WTC KEEPALIVE Disconnect Wrong Domain When Some Connection Hang (Doc ID 2646950.1)

Symptoms

The customer is using WTC and Tuxedo with DM KEEPALIVE feature with multiple domains.
For example:
WLS1 <----> TUX1
WLS1 <----> TUX2

When hardware failure on TUX1 machine, tpcall() for TUX1 will be hang on socket write due to network is not responsible.

The expected behavior is disconnect WLS1 - TUX1 connection due to keepalive timeout.
However, actual result is WLS1-TUX2 connection drops due to DM KEEPALIVE timeout, and WLS-TUX1 connection keeps and tpcall() hang forever.
Problem connection will not drop and healthy domain will be disconnected.
