The setup of the Cluster is as follows

Managed Servers: MS1 and MS2 in the cluster named cluster1.

Migratable Target 1 Name: MS1(migratable) hosting JTA1 and JMS1 Services, Current Hosting Server: MS1, Candidate Server: MS1, MS2

Migratable Target 2 Name: MS2(migratable) hosting JTA2 and JMS2 Services, Current Hosting Server: MS2, Candidate Server: MS1, MS2

The requirement is to migrate Migratable Target named "MS1(migratable)" from Current Hosting Server MS1 to MS2 using WLST migrate() command.
