Symptoms

When attempting to run DBCA Register the DB 11.2.1.0.4 DB to OUD 12c Proxy to AD.

The following error occurs.

TNS 04409: Directory service error
  caused by: oracle.net.config.DirectoryServiceException:
TNS-04405: General error
  caused by: oracle.net.ldap.NNFLException
