Symptoms
On OAM 11.1.2.2.8 version , using OPSS 11.1.1.7.x
set up BOX1 ->Adminserver and OAM Mananegdsever1, OAMManagedserver2 on BOX2
OAM Managedserver2 is not starting in high availability (HA) setup ON BOX2, Adminserver OAM Managedserver1 server is running on BOX1.
