Folder Still Exists in same location after it was successfully deleted (FrameworkFolders) (Doc ID 2649990.1)

Symptoms

Tried deleting folder SameFolderName under Folder2, but nothing happens.

Clicked on menu and selected Delete.

Clicked Yes to move folder to Trash.

Received dialog stating it was deleted successfully.

However, the folder SameFolderName still exists under Folder2. Tried this a few more times and had same result.

Clicked on folder SameFolderName to navigate into it. Received below error stating it cannot be accessed, because it is in the Trash. 

Reviewed UCM_server1.log and UCM_server1-diagnostic.log, but didn't see any errors when trying to delete the folder.  Only see the following error when trying to navigate into the folder.

Looked in user's trash folder but the folder wasn't there.

Ran the below query and verified it wasn't in any user's trash folder either (user's trash folder is in column fParentGUID), but did notice fIsInTrash column was set to 1 (i.e., True).
