Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Installer & Upgrade.

Issues with OID CopyBinary and PasteBinary commands.

Installed OID binaries using the oracle stack binaries manually and created oid image using copybinary command:


It hangs on the line below:

Component : oracle.nlsrtl.rsf.ic 12.1.0.2.0
Copying files for oracle.nlsrtl.rsf.ic 12.1.0.2.0
