In An ECE Environment between the Primary and DR Sites Coherence Federation Cache Size Shows Inconsistency (Doc ID 2651609.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle Elastic Charging Engine, ECE, environment customer has two sites: PRIMARY and DR sites, cluster. DR site/cluster is standby site synchronized using federation to the distributed caches. Customer has observed that NodeX on DR site/cluster has a problem on Coherence cache Balance and Cache size shows inconsistency (less size than on PRIMARY site). After restarting the NodeX, the Cache size was showing correct values.
