APEX 19.1.0.00.15 Interactive GRID Shrinks in IE11 / Chrome Works (Doc ID 2652899.1)

Symptoms

APEX 19.1.0.00.15 interactive GRID is shrunk in  IE11.

Issue in Oracle APEX 19.1.0.00.15 where the interactive grid columns are shrunk when opening the page in Internet Explorer 11.


The same page is looking fine in the same Internet Explorer version when the same application is loaded in Oracle APEX 5.1.2.00.09 version.
The problem does not occur for other browsers.
