How to Add Multi Lines Text in Custom Attributes (Doc ID 2653304.1)

Goal

After upgrading from Oracle Enterprise Metadata Management (OEMM) 12.2.1.2 to latest OEMM 12.2.1.3, in the Custom Attributes defined as "String" datatype is not possible to fill new text lines. In OEMM version 12.2.1.3 we need to define a Custom Attribute as "Text" datatype which allows Multi-Line text.

Is there any way to change the datatype of a Custom Attribute defined as String so it become Multi-Line text?
