Exalogic Virtual: EMOC Switch Port Monitoring Does Not Show Data for 2.0.6.4.X (Doc ID 2654430.1)

Symptoms

On 2.0.6.4.X Environments, EMOC is not showing data under the Port monitoring tab for any gateway switch. The values show as 0.

Navigation Path: Assets -> Switches -> Select a Gateway switch -> Select Port monitoring tab.
