OAM Cluster in OCI Environment Throws Storage Not Configured Error While Searching For a User Session (Doc ID 2654680.1)

Symptoms

In the OCI environment OAM customer is getting the error message "No storage-enabled" while trying to search for the user session. They tried to restart the servers, but the issue still exists.

In the AdminServer diagnostic log seeing below mentioned error:
