Symptoms

EKIT CaptureVServer is failing with AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'decode', also none of the other EKIT modules: "ListAccounts", "ListTemplates"  are working as expected either:

Changes

 Customer had a PSU upgrade to the Exalogic January 2020 PSU version and after this all EKIT Modules are failing with and error code seen.
