Symptoms

ISSUE

The following error is reported by the WebCenter Content(WCC) repository in Imaging (IPM) when viewing documents.

ERROR
-----------------------
The following error is reported by the repository:
Unable to initialize connection idc://localhost:4444
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
Connection refused (Connection refused)
Event Identifier: xx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx


STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. On attempting to view Imaging documents and getting error:
TCM-00788: The following error is reported by the repository: Unable to initialize connection idc://:4444
2. After restarting the WCC server, it shows as started but the user cannot access any WCC client tools and getting below error in browser.

Error 404--Not Found
