csFldCantActOnItemInTrash error when Auto-replication via Archiver tries to migrate content in WebCenter Content (WCC) (Doc ID 2656512.1)

Goal

The auto replication feature of the archiver is unable to synchronize items in the trash for a contribution and consumption model server.

An example of when this comes up is if a document belongs to a folder and has an expiration date. Once the expiration date comes around the document is expired on both the contribution and consumption servers, which puts the item in the trash folder. Then Auto-replication via archiver tries to migrate the document from contribution to consumption, which fails due to the item being in trash.

This spams errors in the archiver logs, and also when the ArchiverReplicationExceptions component is set up this spams with error emails.
