Goal

 While provisioning using OID 12.2.1.3 Connector based Application, there are no values provided for the following process form fields.   We want the following fields to be auto-populated based on the out-of-box "Transformation Script".  However, it does not happen all time.

This article provides the solution to make sure above mentioned fields do get auto-populated.
