Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Intermittent Login Failure "Error:-- The user account is locked or disabled" for Kerberos Authentication (WNA)
- New Setup/Configuration
- Works with no issues when LDAP Authentication Scheme is used
- Multiple OAM servers
- WNA works with only oam_server1
Steps to reproduce
1. Access protected resource and the following error is seen
Error:-- The user account is locked or disabled. Please contact the System Administrator.
2. Close the browser try again, and it fails same error
3. Close the browser again, and it works.
