Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version WCC integrated with EBS 12.2.6

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Extra Parameters are not passing from EBS to MA Checkin Screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The parameters should populate on the checking screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Launch MA from Zoom Button
3. Login to Content Server.
4. Click the New Button.
5. Notice the checkin screen does not have the custom fields populated.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, testing cannot proceed as planned with go live scheduled for next week.
