ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Opatch version 13.9.4.2.0 is very slow when running lsinventory command.

All instances that have been upgraded to Opatch 13.9.4.2.0 are very slow to do "opatch lsinvenory" (about 14 - 15 minutes!!)
