Error Running 'dsadm' after Patch Update "ld.so.1: dsadm: fatal: libgcc_s.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory"

On : 11.1.1.7.190716 version, Command Line Tools
After patching to ODSEE 11.1.1.7.190716 from ODSEE 11.1.1.7.0 it was noticed when running "dsadm --version" an error is reported as follows:

ld.so.1: dsadm: fatal: libgcc_s.so.1: open failed: No such file or directory
-----------------------------------------
The LD_LIBRARY_PATH was set like the below, the command was re-run, and now a different error is received:
# export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/sfw/lib
# ./dsadm --version
ld.so.1: dsadm: fatal: /usr/sfw/lib/libgcc_s.so.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

In referencing the release notes, there were not any indications or instructions that other packages were required to install ODSEE 11.1.1.7.190716 on Solaris OS.
