Unable to Configure Wild Card Uri /* with WebLogic IIS Plug-in for IIS 8.5 (Doc ID 2658590.1)

Symptoms

When creating Wild card script map at the IIS Default Web Site, wild card uri /* couldn't be enabled for accessing /console with 404 error.
There are no Plugin Log output about this uri.

The steps to reproduce 404 error are as follows:

1. Select "Default Web Site", open "Handler Mappings", and select "Add Wildcard Script Map" in IIS.

2. Set the Request Path and Executable(where the iisproxy.dll was previously placed).

Request path: /*
Executable: %PLUGIN_HOME%\lib\iisproxy.dll
Name: {Name}

3. When Accessing the URL like following, the browser shows 404 error:

http://<HOST>:<PORT>/console
