MS SQL server Resource Manager Getting Error "XAER_RMERR" After DB Failover (Doc ID 2658644.1)

Oracle Tuxedo - Version 12.1.3 and later

Symptoms

 On Tuxedo 12.1.3 version, User is getting error code "XAER_RMERR" as per log file "T.XXX" - xa_rollback = -3
 however, if a failover occurs MS SQL server should return XAER_RMFAIL instead of "XAER_RMERR".
