On : 19.1.0.0.4 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

Restarting GoldenGate extracts leads to ORA-04030

Adding new tables and restarting GoldenGate extracts  leads to ORA-04030 errors in database.
At this point, there was not a lot of memory consumption in the database, there was a lot of free memory on the server.
