Symptoms

Enable RESTFul Management Service is described in the Admin Console Help as follows.

RESTful Management Services enable representational state transfer (REST) clients to monitor WebLogic Server domains through the RESTful Management Services Web application. By default, RESTful Management Services are disabled.

But RESTful Management Services are enabled.
