Symptoms

ERROR

*** ERROR : NamingException encountered in ldapAdd [LDAP: error code 53 - The Replication is configured for suffix <SUFFIX NAME> but was not able to connect to any Replication Server]


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enabled external changelog (ECL) in OUD 

2. Run $FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl -script=SetSSOReg -registerldap=yes -ldapadminuser= <OUD ADMIN USER>


BUSINESS IMPACT

Not able to Register EBS with OUD by running  $FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl
