Deployment Archive Includes Logical Schemas After Upgrading from ODI 12.2.1.2.6 to 12.2.1.4.0 (Doc ID 2660891.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.4, if a user generates a partial deployment archive by unchecking the option "Include all physical topology objects," the generated file still includes the Logical Schema objects.

This behavior is the opposite of ODI 12.2.1.2.6, where the Logical Schemas were NOT included.
