WebLogic AdminServer Console is Not Functional when Started through Windows Service (Doc ID 2662229.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start Adminserver from a windows service, the server starts but throws errors and the console does not function. Starting the server via start script works as expected. The following error are seen in the adminserver log.
