OSB Server Has Many <BEA-101215> Malformed Request Errors After Upgrading From 12.2.1.1 To 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2662395.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Core Functionality

OSB server has many Malformed request errors after upgrading from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.4

Since  OSB server is upgraded from version 12.2.1.1 to version 12.2.1.4, there are huge amount of the following errors continuously coming up in the server log:

Note that the OSB servers with version 12.2.1.1 do not have such errors.

Changes

 OSB server is upgraded from version 12.2.1.1 to version 12.2.1.4
